GRI

Allstate has published an annual Sustainability Report since 2003. Our 2022 Sustainability Report incorporates the Guiding Principles and Content Components of the Integrated Reporting (IR) framework produced by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). We address our impacts through the Six Capitals defined by the IIRC, capturing inputs and outputs across Financial, Intellectual, Human, Social, Natural and Manufactured Capitals. We continue to report in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI): Core option. Report information reflects year-end 2022 unless otherwise stated.

As of December 31, 2022, Allstate had approximately 54,000 full-time employees and 500 part-time employees.

Professional services generally support the operations of the company, while claims contractors support periods that typically bring about claims staffing shortages (e.g., natural disasters).
