We are committed to transparency and understand the importance of integrating sustainability into all our material topics.
We engaged valued stakeholders in our materiality assessment process in 2015. The priorities of our stakeholders brought about this year’s focus on governance, workforce & inclusive diversity, community and risk & climate. These topics are central to Allstate’s purpose of providing protection for our customers and being a trusted leader in our communities. However, we know there are other critical topics we must monitor and manage to continue our success. For our stakeholders who are interested in these “More that Matters” areas, we provide additional detail and updates on our performance and progress in this section.
